1. Portraits

A session typically lasts between 1 and 2 hours per horse, and can include portraits of the horse, portraits of the horse with owner, liberty, candids, under saddle, over fences, and/or conformation. Each image I will present you is then processed and retouched. I can spend up to 15 hours per horse on this creative step. I then create a slideshow for the presentation. If you are unable to make a decision at that time, a private online gallery can be set up for 48 hours. All prints 6x9 or larger are signed.

A travel fee applies to locations 30 miles + from Dallas. Prints will be hand-delivered within a 30 mile radius from Dallas and will be mailed at a fee for further addresses.

nathalie with a horse Photography retains all rights to the images and photo purchases does not include the right to reproduce for any reasons. No reproduction rights - print, electronic, or website use is granted.
At the beginning of the portrait session, a simple agreement form (which can be downloaded here) needs to be signed.

 

2. Stallion promotion

"You never get a second chance to make a first impression." Many breeders will be immensely influenced by your stallion's photographs to make their choice therefore your investment in professional images is essential. The quality of these photographs will enhance the overall image of your business as well.
The session lasts 45 minutes per stallion and may include conformation, liberty, head, and under saddle. You will be able to select your images on a private online gallery.
The session costs $250 per stallion (+ 8.25% tax) and includes a set of 100 business cards, 2 year regional license for 6 images, 2 year web license for 12 images. Editorial and congratulations are okay with photo credit. If you have more than 2 stallions, the session price decreases to $220 per horse photographed.
Prints may be purchased at the prices of portrait photography prints - 10%. The prints will be hand-delivered if your address is within a 30 mile radius from Dallas. There will be a mailing fee if the location is further than 30 miles.
There is a travel fee for breeding farms located further than a 30 mile radius from Dallas.

 

3. Equine events

Event coverage is free of charge for event organizers. They receive 5 images for future promotions on a CD. Exhibitors may purchase their prints online within 72 hours of the event through a private gallery. nathalie with a horse Photography reserves exclusive image rights.
