Agreement and Usage Rights for photographs
The purchase of prints from a portrait session with nathalie with a horse Photography does not include any right to reproduce these images for any reason. Nathalie retains ownership of the images with rights, including but not limited to, adding to portfolio, posting on the web, using for advertising, and/or publishing.
The following standard fees apply to additional uses of photographs:
- All photographs used as described below will include credit to nathalie with a horse Photography.
- Personal For Sale Ads: complimentary with the purchase of a photograph as long as the sale ad does not in any way promote an agent, sales business, trainer, event, facility, nor invites readers to inquire about other horses.
- Congratulatory Ads: complimentary with the purchase of the photograph as long as pertaining only to the individual or horse on a certain achievement. Mention of trainer, facility or product used falls under the category of Promotional Ads and corresponding fees will apply.
- Promotional Ads for farms, events, trainers, training businesses or stallions: $180.00 per ad run.
- Corporate Ads: $350.00 per ad run.
- Website usage complimentary for personal* website for purchased prints. *non-commercial site belonging to horse owner or rider.
- Website usage in conjunction with any kind of business (facility, farm, equestrian club, etc.) entails a $180 fee per image (discounts available for multiple images.)
Notice of cancellation of a session must be given within 48 hours of the appointment. If the weather does not cooperate, the session will be rescheduled.
I have reviewed the terms and conditions regarding the use and reproduction of the images of nathalie with a horse Photography and I agree to abide by these standards.
